51³Ô¹ÏÍø has an open submissions policy. We read and review manuscripts and proposals for children’s properties that target children 0-8 years old. Please read the following instructions carefully. We will not review any submissions that do not follow these guidelines:
Due to the number of submissions we receive, we cannot respond to individual submissions unless we have further interest. You may assume that after 2 months without response, we will not be moving forward with your work.
We only accept materials through this form or via email at submissions@encantos.co.
You may pitch your work to other companies at the same time.
We do not require exclusive submissions.
PLEASE NOTE: Your submission of material to us does not obligate us to take or refrain from taking any action.
However, if we do decide to move forward with further developing or distributing your submission we will work to do so on fair and reasonable economic terms.
For all submissions:
•   Under Project Description include a brief description of the story, how it fits with 51³Ô¹ÏÍø’ vision, a short bio for yourself and 1-3 comparative properties to yours (similar audience to your property and how yours is different or new to the marketplace).
•   Include contact information with phone number.
•   Attach proposals as PDFs. File sizes cannot be larger than 5MB.
•   Make sure that the subject line states the submission title and author name.
It is NOT NECESSARY to provide illustrations with your story. If the story is illustrated, we will review text and art separately as we may be interested in the story but not the artwork or vice versa.
Lastly, please remember that great minds think alike! Your submission may not be unique and we may already be working on something similar.
